Important Notice About Entity Responsibilities
Boss Level Oy (Finland) - Primary entity responsible for:
- All software products and intellectual property
- Customer support and technical assistance
- Refund decisions and processing
- All post-sale customer service
Boss Level FZE (UAE) - Limited role:
- ONLY processes sales transactions through Paddle.com
- NO involvement in customer support, refunds, or technical matters
- NO involvement in software development or emulator operations
Paddle.com - Payment processor and merchant of record for transactions
Payment Processing Notice
Our order process is conducted through Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders processed by Boss Level FZE. However, all customer service, technical support, and refund decisions are handled exclusively by Boss Level Oy.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund decisions are made solely by Boss Level Oy. You may be eligible for a refund under these circumstances:
- 1.1.1 The digital license is significantly different from the description provided
- 1.1.2 The license is defective or fails to activate due to issues on Boss Level Oy's end
- 1.1.3 License not received within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends/holidays)
- 1.1.4 Technical issues on Boss Level Oy's end prevent proper license delivery
1.2 Refund Window
- Standard Period: 14 days from purchase date
- Consumer Rights: EU/UK consumers have additional cancellation rights
- Defective Products: No time limit for genuinely defective licenses
2. Refund Process
2.1 How to Request a Refund

- Screenshots of any error messages
Alternative - Transaction Support Only:
Visit www.paddle.net for transaction-related inquiries, but refund decisions remain with Boss Level Oy.
2.2 Processing Timeline
- Review: Boss Level Oy reviews within 48 hours (business days)
- Decision: Refund approval/denial communicated promptly
- Processing: Card refunds 3-5 working days, PayPal refunds within 48 hours
- All refund decisions made by Boss Level Oy only
2.3 Refund Authority
Boss Level FZE has NO authority to:
- Make refund decisions
- Provide customer support
- Handle technical issues
- Make any product-related determinations
3. Exclusions - No Refunds For:
3.1 Standard Exclusions
- 3.1.1 Change of mind after successful license delivery and activation
- 3.1.2 Failure to meet system requirements clearly listed by Boss Level Oy
- 3.1.3 User error in installation when proper instructions were provided by Boss Level Oy
- 3.1.4 Compatibility issues with unauthorized or modified software/hardware
- 3.1.5 Requests made after the 14-day refund period (except defective products)
3.2 Digital Content Specifics
- 3.2.1 Successfully activated and used licenses
- 3.2.2 Downloaded content where activation keys have been revealed and used
- 3.2.3 Bulk license purchases (subject to separate agreements)
4. Special Circumstances
4.1 Technical Issues
For technical problems (handled by Boss Level Oy only):
- Boss Level Oy will provide technical support first
- Alternative activation methods may be offered
- Refunds considered if Boss Level Oy cannot resolve within 7 days
4.2 Force Majeure
No refunds for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or government restrictions
- Technical infrastructure failures by third parties
- Cyberattacks affecting delivery systems
5. Consumer Rights
5.1 EU/UK Consumer Protection
EU/UK consumers have additional rights including:
- 14-day cancellation for distance sales (aligns with our policy)
- Right to refund for products not matching description
- Right to repair or replacement for defective digital content
5.2 Dispute Resolution
