Terms of Service for Digital License Sales

TeknoParrot Licensing Structure - Dual License Model

TeknoParrot software, trademarks, and intellectual property rights are owned by Nico Mario Giansanti (the "IP Owner"), who resides in the United Arab Emirates.

The IP Owner has granted separate, non-exclusive licenses to two entities:

1. Boss Level Oy Limited (Finland)

Licensed for: TeknoParrot LEGACY Platform
Territory: Worldwide
Scope: Distribution and commercial operations of the Legacy subscription platform

2. Boss Level FZE (UAE - Ajman Free Zone)

Licensed for: TeknoParrot NEW Platform
Territory: Worldwide
Scope: Distribution and commercial operations of the New subscription platform

Both entities operate independently under their respective licenses from the IP Owner.

Entity Roles and Responsibilities

Boss Level Oy Limited (Finland)

Legacy Platform Licensee - Responsible For:

Commercial distribution of TeknoParrot Legacy Platform subscriptions
Management of existing Legacy Platform customers (~2300 subscribers)
Customer support for Legacy Platform users
Third-party license management for Legacy operations (VMProtect, hosting, etc.)
Legal compliance for Legacy Platform operations
Payment of royalties to IP Owner for Legacy Platform sales

Note: Boss Level Oy operates under license from the IP Owner (Nico Giansanti) and is responsible for all Legacy Platform commercial activities.

Boss Level FZE (UAE - Ajman Free Zone)

New Platform Licensee - Responsible For:

Commercial distribution of TeknoParrot New Platform subscriptions
Development and operation of New Platform features
Customer support for New Platform users
Payment processing through Paddle.com
Legal compliance for New Platform operations
Payment of royalties to IP Owner for New Platform sales

Note: Boss Level FZE operates under license from the IP Owner (Nico Giansanti) and is the primary operating entity for New Platform commercial activities.

Payment Processor for Boss Level FZE:

Payment processing and merchant of record services
Currency conversion and tax calculations
Transaction security and billing infrastructure

Important Legal Notice

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP:

TeknoParrot software, trademarks, and all related intellectual property are OWNED by Nico Mario Giansanti (natural person, UAE tax resident).

Neither Boss Level Oy nor Boss Level FZE owns the TeknoParrot intellectual property. Both entities operate under royalty-bearing licenses granted by the IP Owner.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing software licenses through teknoparrot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Legacy Platform purchases: Agreement with Boss Level Oy Limited
New Platform purchases: Agreement with Boss Level FZE

These terms create a binding agreement between you and the applicable licensee entity based on which platform you are purchasing.

2. Software Licenses and Usage

2.1 License Grant

The applicable licensee entity (Boss Level Oy for Legacy, Boss Level FZE for New) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable end-user license to use the software according to the license terms provided with each product.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute or resell the software
Reverse engineer or modify the software
Use the software for commercial purposes without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

2.3 Intellectual Property

All TeknoParrot intellectual property remains the property of the IP Owner (Nico Mario Giansanti). The licensee entities operate under royalty-bearing licenses and do not transfer any IP ownership to end users.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Payment processed through secure infrastructure

Users must own legal copies of any games used with the software
Users responsible for compliance with all copyright laws
TeknoParrot is emulator software only
Neither entity provides, endorses, or distributes copyrighted game content

5.3 Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the software license.

7. Termination

7.1 Account Termination

The applicable licensee entity may terminate user accounts for Terms of Service violations.

Upon termination, user access to software may be revoked.

New Platform: UAE law (Boss Level FZE)
EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable
