Affiliate privacy information

Controller: Boss Level FZE administers this application-only program. Applying does not automatically approve you or authorize a payout. This notice supplements the general purposes, recipients, international-transfer, retention and rights information below.

Applications and review: account and verified-email identifiers, legal name, country of residence, declaration and verification of residence and business base outside the UAE, public channel or website, promotion plan, eligibility checks, review decisions and relevant support correspondence.

Referrals and accounting: referral codes and attribution, checkout references, relevant Paddle payment, tax, fee, currency, refund and dispute evidence, commission movements, accepted terms versions and timestamps, and operational audit records. The affiliate statement does not disclose the referred customer's identity or card details.

Payouts: the submitted destination, recipient checks, destination changes, holds, payout amounts, network fees and transaction references. Do not submit wallet passwords, private keys or seed phrases. We do not need them to pay you.

Purposes and bases: assessing an application at your request and administering an accepted affiliate agreement; fraud prevention, secure operation and resolving disputes; and applicable accounting, tax and legal duties. Where GDPR applies, these correspond to pre-contractual steps or contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligations as appropriate. Optional referral tracking uses the website's tracking-consent choice; accepting affiliate terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Referral tracking: with tracking consent, the first eligible referral code may be stored in a protected tp_affiliate_referral cookie for up to 30 days. The customer can confirm or remove a code before payment. A referral code can also be supplied directly without relying on that cookie. Removing a cookie does not erase an attribution already created from a completed qualifying purchase.

Recipients and public blockchain records: authorized staff, necessary hosting and service providers, payment providers, professional advisers and authorities may process relevant records for the purposes above. Sending a blockchain payment publishes sender and recipient addresses, token amounts and transaction history. Network participants and anyone using an explorer can view that information worldwide and may link it to other information. RPC services receive addresses and transaction references used to check payments. We do not put your application, legal name or email into the payout transaction. We cannot remove finalized records from an independently operated public blockchain.

Retention and rights: we retain application and review records only for as long as necessary for the application, program administration and relevant legal or dispute purposes; accounting and payout records may need to be kept after membership or participation ends. Applicable retention duties and disputes can limit erasure. Contact help@teknoparrot.com to request access, correction, an explanation of a review or to exercise the rights described below. Do not include wallet secrets or payment-card data.
