Citizen affiliate program terms

How referrals earn commission, when earnings clear, and how we handle payments and problems.

Version 2026-10-27-v6 · Language: en-US

1. Joining the program

The initial pilot is application-only and limited to ten individually approved affiliates. A paid membership does not guarantee acceptance. We review identity, country eligibility, control of promotion channels and intended marketing activity before activating a code.

Pilot sales limits are cumulative: USD 1,000 per affiliate and USD 10,000 across the program, measured using original collected cash including buyer tax. Refunds do not restore sales capacity, and reused credits are not new cash. New referrals pause at the limit. A final payment or an existing subscription renewal may cross the limit and require review; customer subscriptions are not automatically cancelled.

Pilot gross payout limits are 100 USDC per affiliate and 1,000 USDC across the program, including fees and amounts reserved for unresolved payments. Refunds do not restore payout capacity. Limits do not reset monthly. Amounts earned above these limits remain recorded obligations subject to the usual verification and recovery rules; they are not forfeited. We will review continuation or an agreed final settlement before increasing limits or closing the pilot. No review promises a fixed payment date or overrides applicable rights.

We review approved accounts at least weekly and before payouts. Overdue reviews, suspicious activity, unresolved payment evidence or a suspension may pause referrals and payments. Existing valid referrals retain their attribution and earnings. Please disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting TeknoParrot.

This agreement is between you and Boss Level FZE (registered as Boss Level - F.Z.E), licensed by Ajman Free Zone under licence 41823, Office C1 - 1F - SF5240, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE. You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to participate, use an accurate verified account and be permitted to receive the offered payments in your country. This pilot is open only to affiliates who neither reside nor are based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For a business applicant, the business must neither be established nor operate from the UAE. This is a program eligibility condition; approval and payment also remain subject to applicable law and individual identity, recipient and fraud checks.

You must provide your actual country of residence and accurately declare your business base. Nationality, an overseas wallet or exchange account, and a VPN do not establish eligibility. We verify location before approval and payment and may request current supporting information. You must notify help@teknoparrot.com before moving to, establishing or operating your affiliate business from the UAE, or promptly if a change was unexpected, and stop new affiliate promotions while eligibility is reviewed.

If you become UAE-based or your location cannot be verified, we pause new referrals and payouts. An earlier approval, a new wallet or acceptance of updated terms alone does not override this restriction. Existing attributions and valid accrued commissions remain recorded, subject to the usual adjustments and recovery rules. We will review a lawful resolution for those amounts with you; they are not automatically forfeited. Transfers already sent or of uncertain outcome must still be reconciled before any further payment.

You need an active paid Citizen subscription billed through Paddle, supported by verified Paddle payment history, to join and to earn from new referrals. Complimentary access, trials and gift access do not qualify. If your subscription later ends, valid customers already attributed to you continue to generate commissions under their applicable terms. A membership lapse is separate from a fraud suspension.

This program covers Paddle subscriptions only. Patreon and other legacy providers are excluded: their memberships, payments and referrals do not qualify and are not imported into this program. If you later buy a qualifying Paddle subscription, its verified Paddle payment history determines your eligibility.

Accepting these terms records the displayed version, language, exact text digest and your acceptance time. These terms govern affiliate participation, commissions and payouts in preference to inconsistent general website terms. They do not replace the separate terms governing your own subscription or reduce mandatory legal rights.

2. Referrals and fair promotion

Your code and link can attribute a customer's first eligible paid Paddle subscription to you. A customer who previously paid for a Paddle subscription cannot be newly attributed. Previous membership with another provider does not count as a Paddle purchase and creates no commission itself. With optional tracking consent, a valid referral link can be remembered for up to 30 days. An explicitly supplied code can also be used without that cookie; a code the customer explicitly confirms before their first qualifying payment takes precedence. The customer may remove the referral before paying.

Each customer has one affiliate. Existing attribution continues through eligible renewals, plan changes, payment retries and later resubscriptions. Account changes are checked against the original attribution. We do not add referrals retrospectively or pay a second commission for transferring an existing subscription.

Do not refer yourself, use stolen payment details, create or control fabricated customers, arrange reciprocal purchases to evade the rules, inject codes without consent, send unsolicited spam or make misleading claims. You are not authorized to speak for Boss Level FZE, collect customer payments or bind us to an agreement. There are no commissions for recruiting other affiliates.

Clearly disclose your commission relationship with each promotion, close to the referral link or recommendation and in a language your audience understands. For example: “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Do not hide the disclosure behind a profile page or collapsed text. Make only accurate claims about your experience, the product, pricing and potential earnings; do not promise guaranteed income or unconditional lifetime payments.

Follow the advertising, consumer-protection and marketing laws that apply to your activity and audience, and the rules of the platform you use. Obtain any required advertising or business permits before promoting. Use only content and branding you are authorized to use. We may request evidence of compliance and correction or removal of a non-compliant promotion as part of individual review.

3. What you earn

Our “up to 20%” promotion means 20% of eligible subscription proceeds after discounts, buyer sales tax or VAT, and Paddle's actual processing fees, not 20% of the customer's checkout total. Conversion, rounding, refunds and the separate payout fee can affect the amount you receive. Only successful, verified collections on supported subscription products qualify. A trial, checkout visit, failed payment or free transaction earns nothing. Your own income taxes remain your responsibility, and legally required withholding or reporting may apply.

For example, a customer payment of USD 12 containing USD 2 buyer tax and USD 1.10 Paddle fees leaves USD 8.90 eligible proceeds and USD 1.78 commission. This is an illustration, not a price or fee quote.

Promotional credits do not create commission. Value transferred from an earlier paid subscription keeps its existing entitlement and clearance schedule; it does not earn twice. New money collected for an upgrade may create an additional commission.

For a non-USD customer payment, we retain its original currency, amounts and verified Paddle settlement conversion. Commission is calculated on the resulting eligible USD proceeds and rounded to USD cents before the release schedule is divided. The original settlement rate stays attached to that payment for later refunds or disputes, so a later exchange-rate change does not create a new gain or recovery charge. Missing or inconsistent conversion evidence holds the affected payment for review. Your downloadable statement shows the original payment currency and conversion alongside the USD accounting amounts.

A documented provider rounding or precision difference may be accepted after individual reconciliation within a combined absolute cap of USD 0.02 per affected transaction. These differences are recorded separately, preserve the original payment amounts and locked conversion, and are not an additional fee charged to you. Missing evidence or a larger discrepancy remains on hold.

4. Clearance and annual portions

Each eligible payment has a 60-day clearance hold from successful collection. Each monthly renewal starts its own hold. Clearance also requires payment reconciliation and resolution of any relevant refund, security or fraud review.

An annual payment's commission is calculated once and split into 12 monthly portions. The first portion becomes eligible after the 60-day hold; the remaining portions become eligible at monthly anniversaries of that date. The final portion therefore becomes eligible roughly 13 months after purchase. Month-end dates are adjusted to the last valid day of the month. A yearly renewal starts its own schedule.

Cancelling a subscription without a refund does not erase commission on retained past payments. Switching billing plans does not accelerate an annual schedule. An eligible release is an addition to the available balance, not a promise that a transfer occurs that day.

5. Refunds, corrections and recovery

Refunds, chargebacks, recovered disputes and Paddle fee adjustments change the eligible proceeds. We recalculate the affected payment's commission and record the difference. A pending or ambiguous refund or dispute can temporarily hold affected unpaid amounts. Verified losses reduce entitlement while the remaining evidence is reviewed; a recovered dispute restores entitlement only after the recovery is confirmed and reconciled. A chargeback warning and the corresponding chargeback are not counted as two losses. A full refund or full unrecovered chargeback removes the corresponding commission.

We adjust unpaid portions first. If the commission already settled exceeds the corrected entitlement, the overpayment becomes a recovery balance that may be offset against your future available earnings. Settlement includes tokens sent and the payout fee actually charged; unused fee credits remain part of your balance. We do not charge the network fee a second time when making this correction, or add our ordinary dispute penalties to your debt.

We may correct a genuine accounting error with an explanation and an audit entry. This does not permit arbitrary deletion of legitimate earnings. You can contact support to challenge a correction and provide relevant evidence. We do not automatically debit your bank account, payment card or wallet under these terms.

6. Receiving a payment

We process eligible payouts in reviewed monthly batches. The ordinary threshold is USD 50 of eligible gross settlement balance, after recovery offsets and including fee credits. Smaller amounts carry forward. Identity and destination verification, current terms acceptance and all applicable holds must be complete.

Payouts use Circle's native USDC on Base mainnet. The settlement convention is one USDC for each US dollar of approved settlement balance. USDC can lose its dollar parity, transfers can be restricted and exchanges can charge conversion or withdrawal fees. New approvals pause if reliable USDC/USD quotes depart from parity by more than 0.5%; a pause does not erase valid commission.

This payment method is available only where lawful for the relevant transaction and recipient. Your acceptance of these terms does not authorize a payment prohibited by law. If the proposed method cannot lawfully be used, we will review a lawful settlement route with you under section 8; we will not silently substitute another asset or erase valid earned amounts.

You must provide a receiving address you control, or a verified exchange deposit address belonging to you, and confirm support for native USDC on Base. A new or changed destination is subject to a 72-hour hold and verification. Changes apply to future unsigned payouts; they cannot redirect a signed transfer. Check the complete address and any exchange minimum deposit before submitting it.

Confirmed blockchain transfers are ordinarily irreversible. A lawful transfer to the verified address shown in the approved payout record counts toward settlement when the exact native USDC transfer is finalized on Base. Exchange crediting and your subsequent use of those funds are separate. If an error is attributable to us, the rights and responsibilities in section 9 still apply.

Transfers and addresses are publicly visible on the blockchain. Do not give us a wallet seed phrase or private key. Your own onward transfers may require ETH on Base or another supported gas-payment mechanism, and your later exchange or withdrawal costs are yours.

7. Payout network fees

Payout fees are deducted after calculating commission. We reserve twice the estimated complete transfer cost as a fee allowance, up to the smaller of 0.25 USDC or 1% of the gross payout. If the required allowance exceeds that cap, the unsigned payment is deferred.

The payout record shows the gross amount, allowance and exact USDC transfer amount. After finalization, we charge the actual eligible network cost, valued using the same recorded ETH/USDC quote, up to that allowance. Any unused allowance returns to your balance to join a later payout. We retain six decimal places for USDC accounting and do not mark up the network cost.

We cover failed, reverted or cancelled transaction costs, unsuccessful retries, costs above the allowance and treasury funding or administration costs. At final account or program settlement, we include any residual valid fee credit and cover the final transfer cost so reconciliation does not create an endless unpaid remainder.

8. Processing targets, interruptions and delays

Monthly processing and any estimated dates are targets, not guaranteed payment dates. We do not promise uninterrupted access to the affiliate system or uninterrupted availability of a blockchain, payment processor, exchange or wallet service.

Processing can be delayed by Paddle reconciliation or settlement issues, refunds, identity or fraud checks, inaccurate recipient details, security incidents, maintenance, software or infrastructure failure, signer unavailability, network congestion or outages, transaction finality, token restrictions, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A suspected duplicate or an uncertain transaction outcome may remain on hold while we establish what happened.

We will use reasonable care to maintain records, investigate interruptions, correct errors and resume processing when reasonably practicable. We will give reasonable updates about material delays through the dashboard or support, including an explanation and revised estimate when one can responsibly be given. You can contact support about a delayed or missing payment.

A delay or outage does not itself cancel valid accrued commissions or permit us to withhold them indefinitely. Reconciliation may change estimated or incorrect entries, but valid earned amounts remain subject to the published clearance, adjustment and recovery rules. If the normal payment route becomes unavailable for a prolonged period, we will review a lawful resolution with affected affiliates. No alternate asset, network or payment route will be silently substituted.

9. Responsibility and rights that remain protected

To the extent applicable law permits, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by a delay or interruption outside our reasonable control. This is not a release of our obligation to account for and settle valid earned commissions, and it does not excuse a failure to use reasonable care in our own operations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, a harmful act where the law prohibits that limitation, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections apply wherever they are applicable. These terms do not prevent a complaint to a competent authority or a claim before a competent court.

You should first tell support about an apparent error so that we can investigate and try to resolve it. This is an invitation to resolve problems promptly, not a waiver of legal rights or a requirement that stops a statutory deadline. A court or authority decides the effect of applicable law; no provision promises immunity from a claim.

10. Reviews, changes and leaving the program

We may hold affected amounts or suspend new referrals for documented fraud, security, eligibility or legal concerns. We will provide a reason category and a way to request review, subject to lawful confidentiality restrictions. Shared networks or households alone are not proof of abuse. A decision about misconduct must identify the affected earnings.

Material changes are published with a new terms version and notice before they apply. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently rewrite earned amounts or existing referral attribution. If acceptance of a new version is needed, existing records remain available and valid prior earnings remain protected.

You may stop promoting or request account closure through support. Ending your membership or leaving the program does not automatically forfeit valid earned amounts. If the program closes, we will provide notice and a process for settling accrued valid balances and remaining funded annual portions, including amounts below the ordinary payout threshold, subject to lawful adjustments and checks.

11. Contact and records

Your dashboard provides a downloadable statement of commission movements, conversion evidence and payout records for your affiliate account. Contact help@teknoparrot.com about payments, statement entries, corrections or complaints. Include the relevant statement or payout reference, but never a password, private key or seed phrase.

Boss Level FZE processes your application, country, promotion-channel details, account eligibility, referral and payment records to administer the program, prevent fraud and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Wallet addresses, transaction amounts and transaction history become public when a blockchain payment is made. Read the affiliate privacy information for details, including referral cookies, recipients, retention and your data rights.

These terms are available in all supported website languages. We preserve the version and language you accept. Tell support about a translation discrepancy so we can investigate it; no language automatically overrides mandatory rights or legally required language protections. Applicable mandatory law and the jurisdiction of competent courts remain unaffected.
